Better Diver L.L.C. is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from scuba dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by Better Diver L.L.C.
Sales Taxes
Better Diver L.L.C. will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses in Alabama. Each customer in other states shall be responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped in other states.

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Better Diver L.L.C. be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site.
